The Washlounge is open from 5 AM to 11 PM every day. The last wash cycle starts at 10 PM.

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi for all our customers. Stay connected while you do your laundry.

Our laundromat is equipped with a 24-hour surveillance camera system for client protection and safety. Additionally, our dryers have built-in fire retardant systems.

Machines and Services


We have a variety of washing machines including 4 x 11kg, 3 x 14kg, 1 x 21kg, and 1 x 28kg machines. One 11kg washer is dedicated to pet laundry

We offer 6 x 16kg dryers and 2 x 32kg dryers. One 16kg dryer is dedicated to pet laundry. Our dryers have set 35-minute drying cycles to avoid constant topping up of payments.

No, you can not use your own detergent. We also provide complementary hypoallergenic detergents and fabric softeners for all wash cycles, and automated dispensing is included.

Our machines accept digital payments using a mobile phone or our designated kiosk. We only accept contactless payment options, and you can access your transaction history through the payment portal. We encourage families to use our facilities by providing a community library and a classic style digital games machine for children of all ages. The games machine features a wide selection of digital arcade games.

We do not use bleach, peroxides, or chlorine in our wash cycles. Our hypoallergenic detergents and softeners ensure a safe and gentle clean for all your laundry.

Tips and Tricks


To ensure quick and efficient drying, avoid overloading the dryers. It is faster and cheaper to use two dryers for large loads instead of overloading one. Choose dryers that have recently been used and are still warm to save on drying time.

Our general wash program was buildt for soiled clothes

We will tag any articles left in a washer or dryer for identification purposes – from date of discovery to the specific machine it was found in.
We will keep it for up to 30 days. If article remains unclaimed within that time frame, it will then be donated to charity. To claim lost articles, please contact us on 07 3667 8255 during business hours. TIP: Always double check the machines after you unload your clothing. Also spin a washer drum to see if items are stuck on the sides.
